Re: Holiday Breakfast ~ Whats yours ?

i like to start with some fruit, then some cereal usually 2 weetabix in the bottom of the bowl then the rest of the bowl filled with muesli. maybe a second bowl of the above. then a full cooked breakfast served on toast with fried eggs, plenty of bacon, sausage and beans. black pudding would go down...

Re: What are you listening to?

Wrathchild and Killers are probably my two favourite Maiden tracks. think i must be the only one that prefers the original lead singer. sure Bruce Dickinson is a better singer than Di'Anno, but I just don't like his sound, it's not metal imo.

Looking forward to this one. Am off to Dunedin on Thursday (via Auckland) and have always felt that could be a game we nick. And though I am unapologetically a glass half full type of a bloke I have been encouraged by the way we have played (apart from the Chiefs game obviously, would need to be a ...

yes we used to take the piss but he was a handy player in his day. i still remember a cup game that he single-handedly won for the Os despite Bath having about 80% possession. his CV boasts a win over Australia too, which neither Biggar nor Priestland (nor Hook for that matter) have managed.

Re: Cup Thread - Discuss fixtures, results and anything else cup related

Fucked over by the BR engine again! Lost 17-22 at home against a team ranked a thousand places lower. My average csr for the starting lineup was 153k and theirs was 87k. Overall, 160k vs 76k. I outscored their team in every single team rating report. Won 12 lineouts against the throw and only lost ...

some of his songs i liked, some i didn't but always respected his creative talent. must admit i thought of him as a composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist but it wasn't till i saw this performance a couple years ago that i realised what a brilliant guitarist he was. Prince guitar virtuosity from...

Re: LGM to the Dragons?

see now LGM has a particular coaching style and it is all about empowering the players to think for themselves, to develop their own gameplan, to basically take "ownership" of everything the team does on and off the field. that tends to work when you have a lot of experienced players and a...

It's that time of year again. Anyone else been watching? Quite a few big names including former winners have fallen at the first hurdle. Re: Hamlet Cup - S28

ok so i've started with promoton/relegation from last year then looked at which teams are not returning. there was 1 missing from Div1, so I've slotted one of flemishgael's teams in based on word ranking of 650 which matches with the rest of the teams in Div1. there were 3 missing from Div2, so I've...

I'll set up the fixtures now if you like, 3 groups of 6 with promotion/relegation from last year? unless there are massive changes in teams entered in which case go by BR ranking?
